Georgina studied Subtle Yoga, Meditation and Self Healing with Mikar Hadar in North London, where she learnt techniques to release blocked energy and heal trauma from the past.
Her interest in Yoga deepened as she studied Buddhism, trained in Craniosacral therapy, and eventually trained to teach Yoga. Since then, Georgina has been deepening her practice of Yoga and has been continuing her studies.
Georgina now offers small group and private sessions here at YOMA Therapies which combine Yoga, Self Healing and Mindful Movement, helping clients to release tension and ease into a place of health and balance in body and mind. She feels passionate that we don’t have to be in pain – physically, mentally or emotionally and the more we can let go and ease into the present moment, the more we can release suffering from the past and rest in a place of inner peace, vitality and joy.
“‘ I used to have regular facials with Moya and always felt so much better afterwards. Not only did my skin texture improve but I felt calm and relaxed. Now that lockdown is over, I am looking forward to resuming treatments again.’”
“Out of curiosity I recently visited Sam for a Past Life Regression session. This turned into a fascinating afternoon where I learnt so much about my previous lives and how this reflects on my life today. Further research on dates and places etc. proved just as interesting. Thank you Sam.”
“I have had the pleasure of being a client of YOMA Therapies (formerly Body Kind) for over 20 years... Jill has calmed my eczema beyond my expectations, and, with reflexology, alleviated so many aches and pains. It’s hard for me to express how grateful I am to the team.”
